Spanning Sync, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the Spanning Sync web service (the "Service") is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our users, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement. We require users of the Service to give us information including their Google Calendar user ID and password. Spanning Sync, Inc. uses the information to deliver the Service for individuals and their organizations. This information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. All information that we collect through the Service is used solely to access Google services on behalf of the user. Users of the Service will be using the Service to access data and information ("Data") stored in Google calendar. Spanning Sync, Inc. will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem or support issue, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password. Spanning Sync, Inc. may also collect certain information from users of the Service, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Service in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our users and provide such information to third parties. Our Service has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. HTTP Authentication and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information in transit using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you. Spanning Sync, Inc. hosts the Service in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
